@Petko, I precisely followed your video instructions to set up the shared EAs, but they are not functioning properly. Issues: 1. In the last 48 hours, only 2 trades were executed on US30 and XAUUSD, resulting in terrible losses. The other 2 EAs didn't place any trades. 2. The EAs fail to close profitable trades before they become negative due to market volatility, requiring constant monitoring. As an amateur still learning, I'm puzzled why these algorithmic EAs are not picking up trades and closing them in profit as demonstrated. Please assist me in understanding and resolving these issues. I'm a big fan of your work, and your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Market conditions will determine whether an EA is profitable or not, or how active it is. No EA will be profitable all the time. The idea is to keep them in a demo account, and only trade them when they are in a profitable period.

These are not curve-fitting strategies. These are strategies that have been created in EA Studio, using randomised indicators and parameters, and tested over historical data of the asset. We can then further optimise them using the Optimiser, which adjusts the parameters, and tests these adjustments against the same historical data, all in real-time

I backtested your Gold robot that you created here and if I test it on M1 timeframe for 2024, it gave a nice 80% return with 401 trades . With M15 backtest it had a 4% return with 126 trades. Does this mean that the BOT is better run on M1 timeframe as it will pick up a lot more trades instead of the M15 it was created for?

It's quite possible that market conditions and price movements on M1 were more suited to the EA in 2024. It was created using historical data for Gold on M15, but that doesn't mean it won't be effective on another asset or timeframe. You can also run it through the Multi Market tool in EA Studio to check other assets

We no longer trade with Global Prime, and Darwinex is a hedge fund, so try Eightcap and Blackbull. Open a demo account with each, and compare the results you get to see which works better for you. They're both well-regulated and vert reliable and honest brokers. We use both extensively.

The historical data used to create the EA was used in error, and should have been the US30 data. Having said that, the EA is not suitable for trading futures.

Your leverage needs to be much higher to trade full lots. We normally trade with a leverage of 1:100 or 1:200. Also, change your lots to 0.01 or 0.1

If you see a smiley face (MT4) or blue hat (MT5) in the corner of your chart, you have installed the EA/s correctly, and trades will execute when market conditions trigger the rules of the strategies. Make sure you have adjusted the lot sizes to suit your account size (0.1 lots per $10K), and check your journal for any errors. You can also run a backtest to get an idea of how active the robots would be with your broker

Sounds like you've attached the EAs correctly. Make sure your entry lots and leverage are set correctly for your account size, and be patient. Trades will open when market conditions trigger the rules of the EA
