He almost always does this strat level 1 where he delays first wave to reach his tower together with second wave so he can farm safely against lvl 1 bully champs like vlad. Since he does not need W for this and E would be useless he first goes Q, this way he is more safe in case someone comes to get him he is almost guranteed to execute with Q. Also, with Q he can kinda sneak his way into tier 2 tower
