I need a work out challenge, I have a P.E test soon. And one of them is grip strength so, every 10 likes = 10 reps, 5 sets. This is not a scam and, don’t call me a bot and, don’t call me a beggar as well. Edit: 34 likes in 3 hours, I’ll be grinding. Edit 2: So I’ll have to do 150 reps both hands. Edit 3: 45 likes, I’ll have to do 200 reps both hands, 400 in total. Edit 4: So this actual challenge actually helped, this particular test was grip strength like I said, my grip strength before was (LEFT: 18.2) (RIGHT 21.8) and now it’s (LEFT: 21.1) (RIGHT: 23.8) so like yea. I have another chance next week sooooo, 400 more reps to go.
