That being said, what I thought about Worms and ZECT Riders in Pokemon is that they're mostly Bug-Types. Like Heracross, Pinsir, Beedrill, Yanmega, Skorupi, Durant, and Vikavolt

Call it primary bias but I love the Exubarashi line. Especially the evolution method for the final stage, such a unique trait to tie it to the yokai origin and character lore. The designs are also just very aesthetically pleasing, a very soothing colour palette, very cutesy body proportions and shape language. Like a gosh dang literal baby sphere turning into a teen shaped/proportioned character with spheres on the design, to then turn into an adult coded character design with spheres that not only look cool but tie into mythology origins. Bruh. Chef's kiss character design right there. Luminue is a close second because it looks like a good pet, even though it probably won't behave very well given the dark typing and its association with overall unpleasant behaviour and underhanded tactics. The design is also just not too complicated which I've found is what a lot of my favourite existing Pokémon have in common. It's also Luxray coded which makes sense for why its the thumbnail (at least at the time of me watching it, I wouldn't be surprised if you changed it to any of the other final stage designs you made because they're all so well designed). Finally, Kittane. Even though it is not my personal favourite design in the video because of my own personal tastes, it definitely adds likeability for its busted ability and the glow in the dark whiskers?!? Amazing artistry. Just love your art. You deserve more recognition. All the love. ❤️🌟

I love that the Kiddama.line have the dex entries that are more wholesome than anything, not like other Ghost Type Pokémon that absorbs the life energy of human children or sends them to the after life. Maybe Exubarashi defends good children from such Ghost Type Pokémon in their home's neighborhood, and befriend Mimikyu and help with it's loneliness as a fellow Ghost/Fairy type.

@@BrushWithDeath Ever plan on making this a series of sorts? I'm thinking maybe an Seto Taisho Pokémon. Seto Taisho are object yokai said to be small samurai looking beings made of flatware and pottery, and perhaps another rivalry pair of Fakémon based on Tanukis and Kitsune. We have Zangoose and Seviper as a rivalry pair, so why not make another rivalry pair, as tanukis and kitsune are known to clash in various media.

Choose my favourite? Can I choose all? I love them all, I can't just pick one 😩 Waraschief is the cutest thing ever. Looks so huggable LMAO I really like how creative it is to have you go back to your home in order to evolve it! Bozuode is so cool, I love whales and orcas and everything about this design is just perfect to me Nopperump is probably my favorite now that I think about it. I like designs where a Pokémon has many legs or tentacles and have this eery vibe around it. This one is very creative! Luminue is not the kind of Pokémon I gravitate towards, but I gotta admit it looks AWESOME. The tail looking like a snake is just great, and I love snakes Kittain has such a weird vibe to it that I love, it's kinda like an Ultra beast. I love the tail looking like a barrier (I don't know if that's how it's called in English but you get it lol) and the sign on its forehead.

As usual, amazing work. All the design is great, amongst them I love Kiddama the most. Because I grew up with a kendama and I love how the final stage had the 2 heavy ball as the twin tail. Imagine using heavy slam and it yeet the ball to the air as it's rope pull it and flew together and slam downwards, landing on top of the enemies XD

All of the designs look great, but my favorite thing from this video is that concept art from the beginning in the traditional japanese art style. It's details like this that can push designs much higher than what they would normally go, great work! Love Gilladle too, a fun and cleaver body shape, would definitely use it in a playtrough!
