You can put the Snow Owls in the Soul Terminal to produce Pellets and automatically distribute them

Also I’ve learned you need about 10 snow owls per gacha. But the soul terminal is very helpful to distribute pellets.

@@Chillhomie123 open the radial on it and hit show range also if you hit options and go into the automation menus they have range options I belive they can go down as far as 3 foundations across and on full range they're probably a good 50 or so wide again im not sure if the range actually changes for every function or not as I normally just use specific terminals for jobs and have them close to what they need to be close to

You could build a huge barn-like thing and put the snow owls on "rafters" around the gachas so they'll drop the pellets down on them.

160% crafting skill is the sweet spot on Gacha's where they will produce the most materials. 260% is what you want to get to if you want the max quality loot. However, if you feed them Plant Y traps and Snow Owl pellets then it boosts their loot production up to that 260% level.

While this isn't as well known, gachas will eat berry seeds at the same amount that they eat stone and in my opinion, berry seeds are way better to get than stone as all you need is a bronto (or mammoth) and an iguanodon to convert the seeds, and you will get a lot of seeds.

This is what I do except I pair the iguanadons with a large narco berry farm. Arrange the iguanadons in a circle of about 8 or so with a 1 block high platform in the center. Stand there with an S+ transfer tool with 4 settings: 1) Deliver 100 berries to each iguanadon (override this to about 15K on the first press), 2) Transfer seeds from iguanadons to gachas & gavagers, 3) transfer berries from iguanadons to iguanadons (sometimes needed to balance distribution), 4) Transfer berries from iguanadons to dedicated storage. To operate, press 1 (with 15K limit) then tell each iguanadon to make seeds then press #2. Then press #1. Rinse & repeat until everything is filled. Takes < 5 minutes and is enough to keep my gachas going for a full day. Never grind for gatchas again!

BTW, this works because the iguanadons are apparently "broken". You get seeds for all the berries they have on them. However, they only consume 100 berries for each "make seeds" press. So, if it has 10K berries on it, you get 10K seeds but it only costs you 100 berries :D

I would really recommend plant species Y and Z for feeding them, at least while AFK-ing. I don't bother crafting building pieces or anything, but using those are definitely better than stone. I play on single player, mostly, so when I shut the game off, there's no passive production, and I still get a good amount with only a few plants' worth of Y traps and Z flashbang fruits, so if I built a dedicated farm and had it going 24/7, I'd definitely be able to keep a Gacha farm going with it. Syntac will do it his own way, of course, and it works for him, but for anyone else reading this, it's worth a try!

you can put the snow owls in the dino storage terminal and it will give the pellets to the gacha for you if they are in range, and using snails for paste and grinding the paste will give you the stone

Ik in the US, you can't have an owl cause they're federally protected because they're a type of raptor. Any raptor bird [owls, eagles, hawks, vultures, kites, and falcons] is protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty if 1918. Meaning you cannot have an alive raptor, a dead raptor, or even possess the parts of a dead raptor or any other bird that falls under the MBT. I wish owls were legal to have. But also maybe it's for the best cause of their talons. Don't really feel like getting stitches from them scratching.

Since you're using Dino Storage V2, just use the soul terminal setting to distribute the pellets from the owls in it. Also, just use the S+ Omni tool to "basic transfer" the contents of each crystal cracker to your grinder, then use it to left-click "dedicated storage" transfer to dedicated storage.

I used the Transfer Control Unit and Tek sensors to just automate every possible transfer. All you had to do was walk in press grind and walk out and it entirely fueled itself.

the dino storage mod works great with a gatcha farm. you can have all your owls in the terminal and the terminal will automatically send out the pellets

gacha gavagers are not actual shields. that's just a visual thing. also they don't feed when out of render. but they keep gachas rendered so they will eat what's in their inventory. also the crystal crackers have a automation option, that is just below the manual upload button.

If you put owls in the S+ Vivarium they will still create owl pellets without the owls out. Combo that with the item collector and the animal tender and you get full automation for them without lag.

I can’t remember the name but there is a Tek item that moves raw mats around automatically and I believe gear to grinder. You just have to manually grind it then it will move raw Matts with the same Tek item
