I don’t want to see any dupes die, so I'm going to leave some tips. 1. The schedule buttton in the top right-ish is your friend. Dupes start on the same schedule and will all go to the bathroom at the same time. Put them on staggering break times to maximize bathroom usage. 2. Food, using micromusher is a big no, uses too much water for too little food. Just grow enough mealwood for every dupe(5 mealwood per dupe) 3. Open ladder runs to allow for Fireman's pole + gas flow

What you want to do is explore the map and find water outputting geysers. Early to mid game you can use water found across the map. Once you have your water source, build a SPOM(Self Powered Oxygen Machine) - many tutorials online - to turn the water into oxygen.

If its really lategame you could build a giant rocket chimney and stack up steam and/or hydrogen rockets. They are water positive (and a giant powerplant as u need to siphon the heat via steamturbines). Atleast if they didnt change anything since my last playthrough
