yeah that briar literally trolled super hard. you can see she full clears the enemy bot jungle during the game ending push at 31:35 and then runs to her botside to chase the rage splitting LB, throws an ult from chickens, misses and then stands AFK until the fight ends and zwag finally dies before she decides to clear them

The herald only refreshes its charge when a tower it is hitting dies. So if someone like this briar crashes it into a wall all the way on your top side. It won’t get its charge back until you killed tier 2 turret with its assistance.
