Right? It brought me back to one of the first games of LoL I ever played against real humans in late 2011 when I was first starting. My friend played Veigar and had over 1k AP with the old Deathfire Grasp + Archangels + Deathcap build. I forget the other items that existed back then but it was hilarious. His R used to do bonus % damage against AP too so it would hit even harder against the enemy midlaner. Good times.

watching veigar waddling is just as tilting as teemo poking you, and he the infuriating thing about him is that he hurst for no damn reason, gets stronger just by turning off your brain and farm or Q poke for free AP. Making him tanky just cranks that tilting level.

Back when I used to play league (in the depths of silver and gold elo of course), one of my go to picks was gnar midlane: as I found that I could outlast mages due to no mana costs, and overwhelm them by bouncing in as mega gnar at lvl 3. I'd love to see you give it a try if it's something that interests you :)

great to see the tankgar again but i think you could upgrade the tear into the archangels that way you get a shield i know it is mainly an ap but if you want a shield it is worth it specially as i have tried is with Viegar and it saves me a lot when low

Probably not, bc Veigar has infinite stacking AP, the other casters or better mages don't.

Yes but you take longer to reach the point where you heal to full from one W (bc you don't get the healing bonus from moonstone) but you obviously still heal higher numbers once you get a decent amount of stacks

Matchup specific, if they have 3+ low range/ melee Champs (that aren't burst Champs that could 1 shot you) It should work decently, but I think riftmaker would be more practical vs non-burst melee comps for the true dmg and healing but I don't play vlad
