Don’t be embarrassed for crying. I had the same thing happen to me a year ago at my nieces birthday party. This 6 year old girl slapped my 10 year old son really hard on his face, while in the jumper. She jumped up and when she was coming down she slapped my son on his right cheek(double force). I was so mad because I seen it happen with my own eye and seen my son’s eyes turned red and he was being strong not cry. I know it hurt him because the slap was loud, my son’s cheek was red and hot. I got so mad I asked who the mom was and I told her she needs to discipline her daughter, because she just hit my son for no reason and that’s not okay. Then I got my brother telling me to calm down; I told him how can I calm down when I just seen that girl hit my son. Then he starts to tell me she’s just a little girl; I said no she should know from right and wrong by now and no just because she’s a little girl it doesn’t give her the right to be hitting kids.. My son could have fought back in self defense, but because I taught him not to hit a girl, he didn’t hit her. I was so mad because I don’t hit my kids and to have a little brat hit my kids 😡. To top it off I was 2 months pregnant 🤰🏻 even more sensitive, I also cried after. My brother’s mother in-law and her niece were consoling me; and said they also heard the slap and how that same girl was trying to fight other kids. Parties should be a safe environment for children, especially in the jumpers. Kids that fight are kids with parents who don’t discipline their kids and let them do what ever they want. Shame on those parents, why do our kids have to pay. At the end of the day it comes to show the wicked part of this world.

I never realized that Evi doesn't get to socialize with other children until now. Bri, why don't you put him in a daycare or something
@gm10308 ай бұрын
I guess I have different view points to this, its sad to other kids not play with your kid but you can’t force other children to play with your child, & that sucks as a parent to witness but you have to teach your children not everything goes their way sometimes. & not everyone likes to play or has the same interest as you(child), also Evi is so sweet but just needs to learn how to socialize with other children that are not family so he can Understand how other children play. Not all kids play the same/or like to play with small kids or are mindful of smaller kids especially in a Jumper/bounce House, there is so much rough housing & well Public parks & clubs/ indoor playgrounds or preschools can help him (evi) understand other children.

Pro tip as a mom you gotta tell your kids don’t let nobody push around and don’t let a little kid hit you and they do you hit them back and sometimes if you see it, you can’t help but say something to the little kid or your parent parent ask your parents I don’t play about mine at all…. But then again, he’s a boy so he got a toughen up. That’s where your fiancé needs to step up and kind of be rough for him because there are kids out there. They’re not gonna tolerate it.
