Is Hermit a Tie hunter? He seems so easy to cipher rush especially since survs can tank hits if they purposely share dmg.

Seems like cipher rushing since player opt not to connect the cipher so that he can easily down surv without them sharing damage. The strat here was to chair surv asap then connect ciphers
