The eyes, the smile.....etc. It's impossible to not acknowledge the first thing you see from someone. Everything is possible in time. Those who dont know about how good of an actor he is will in time and those who only ever cared about his looks will lose interest in time if they never got to know him so that "negativity" will fade away with time.
