The thing with asics is that even if the hashrate and proti remained the same throughout the year, which is NEVER the case, what is the the cost of your initial investment via your asics? The asics may cost 15k now when you bought it, but we have seen asics drops in value to about 25-50% in a span of 6 months or less. Therefore, you're only really trying to get back your initial investment 👌 😅🤣
