ZHC - "You never know when something will pop up or change in your life..." Me- Thinking back to that time when I was 8 and a really good gymnast but suddenly I was asked to do a skill and it was the first time I had ever felt out of my comfort zone...- My coaches telling me I've got this- Me- "Okay..." Suddenly I heard a crack and a pop and I looked at my arm and it was bent down into a semicircle... That night I was rushed immediately to Urgent Care and spent 5 hours there- never got to go down from an elbow cast until I got it off. I ended up spending 6-8 weeks in a cast and couldn't go back to gymnastics for 9 months and my life has never been the same. This video really gets to me in a very special way. Thank you ZHC!
