The Yanille tree is significant in RS3 cuz it was accidentally removed in an update, a lot of people noticed cuz there is a clue step there, then like riots or whatever until they put the tree back

Every once in awhile when my mental health is in the absolute pits of Tartarus I see a long hannanie vid pop up in my recommendation. the soothing sound of the axe hitting the tree after the foods and gaffs, hannanie getting serious and deep while also trying not to laugh , idk thetes something special about it. Like having a sit-down with a friend to catch-up late and night, having a heart to heart. That sort of feeling. As much as I've smiled and grinned through this video, I know firsthand how depression is just that slow and insidious grey blanket over everything, where only occasionally some color and joy pokes through. Real talk, chopping trees seems to be a sort of meditative activity for you. I get it, me too. Before technology took over everything people had to do simple tasks that would allow our brains to process emotions. Now it is very easy to forget to unplug from time to time and give your brain a chance to sort things out. It is surprisingly good at it, you just gotta give it the time. 1:01:01 So that one Yanille tree is part of a specific cluestep where you need to dig near it, and over time the hardcore clue people started appreciating the tree being there. And when Mod Timbo accidentally removed it during an update there were a few threads on the forums asking for it back or asking why it was removed, to the point that it was put back a week later, but instead of a regular tree it was a dead tree now (the patch notes said "A tree has been returned to south-eastern Yanille. However, it might not be quite as you remember it...") and now has an examine text saying "Never let Mod Timbo near a thing of beauty." and if you chop it down and examine the tree stump it says "Tiiiimmmmmbbbboooooooooo!"
