When you said " BOOM, stop playin wit me, I am my own hair stylist" I felt that. Lol at the age of 10 I taught myself how to braid my own hair because my mom bless her heart, who was white, didn't know how to do anything with my hair but pig tails. I have been doing my own ever since (40 years). I've watched sooooo many videos and learned how to trim and style it myself and a few years ago I cut it all off and in the last year taught myself how to do finger waves and now putting in my own ponytail and bun extentions. Excellent job your doing! ❤

Sis, im watching this a year late, but thanks for your gems!! I followed your steps and i suceeded big time on my 1st time!! Sis Idk why I was proud of you when you went back back in to "fix" the back. The beauty of finger waves is their unique imperfections. A Chi town stylist taught me this. You're a perfectionist and a natural. You ate!! The cut, the waves, the styling AND the commentary. I love my sisters! Fussing and making it look easy in less than ONE HOUR she said but only 2! Y'ALL?!😂🖤🇺🇸

I just got my hair cut yesterday and I gradually went down and I thought we cut enough off and I had to go back and get a little more cut off. I know in like a week or 2, the length is gonna be where I like it to be. But I feel her on styling it midway to know how it's gonna sit. It definitely makes you feel some type of way when your hair is not laying right, especially when it's short. Cuz you have very little options on what to do about it

I feel you on this! Long hair on a pixie is just too much work. I would prefer shorter especially if you dont get a cut often. It just makes it easier!

I love this video and your personality because my OCD gets the best of me too lol. My hair has been short for about 20 years now; I decided to let my hair grow out a bit while being pregnant and I'm suffering from postpartum hair loss a bit so now I'm about to chop my hair off again and stay that way because I'm tired lmao. Love it 🤩 I have to say that when I get done with the entire process I put the relaxer on my edges and the back so it doesn't start until I get finished with the rest of my hair it is not going to be long before it gets straight from the other parts of my head...just a little info from the way I did it but I can see it is so beautiful and I love the way you allowed us to get the entire time to go through all the things you did....thank you new subbie
