The color of the C10 is AWESOME! I built a 72 C10 back in the early 80s and it was the same color. I'm partial to the 63 limo. but I'm partial to all 63s LOL I finally figured out the issue with my wagon after it messed up leaving the Iron Horse.

Helluva good video. The ram air vent on the back of the Caddy brings fresh air back into the cab. The mid 50s Caddies used the vents as an AC system

Hey guys , great video tonight. You probably Know by Now!! A dead giveaway to tell if a 1950s or 1960s Cadillac sedan had air conditioning was the fresh air intake vents located just aft of the C-pillars on the rear deck. This is where air entered, inducted by twin fans mounted in the trunk. It was then cooled and dehydrated by the evaporator. One of the downsides of the trunk-mounted system was it could only be adjusted by a knob on the rear parcel shelf, not by the driver.!! I had a friend who had a 62 Limo and we used to Cruze in it and it was really fun. It had rear facing jump seats behind the front seats which was cool. Yes Cory the front end is better looking but yes the wings being higher and longer point are sweet!! I wonder if you can cut the wings a little and extend them higher??? You definitely need to try to get the 63 and yes a Flower car would round out the fleet! I’m so envious of you guys!! Keep up the good work

You can get a high hump trans tunnel that will bolt in. Summit racing carries them. That's what I did in my 72 with a 4l80e.

Cory the 1963-64 Cadillac are similar the up side you might still find parts for it the down side they don't sell NO after market parts and you'll be hunting for parts. Unless you find some one that's hoarding Cadillac parts and have them to sell to help you get yours on the road. Unless you go all out kustom and make your own parts. Most people just put a Chevy 350/350

I love this C10!!! I’ve owned a few over the years… I wouldn’t patina The firewall or engine bay .. just the exterior… Cory had it looking like oil was slung and leaking everywhere…

I like the 61, but you need both to go with the hearse. They would be a extremely profitable gig for doing hot rudders funerals. I would definitely hire you, and I'm nearby and one foot in the grave. This could easily be a 5 grand a day gig.

the sombrero hub caps alone on the 61 are worth 250 to 500 for a complete set depending on the shape. get the 63 its cool especially u have the Hersethose vents are to bring fresh air into the cabin

I like the front end of the 63 and the rear end of the 61 get the torch and welder and make it happen...As for the vent pods on the back...from 1953 to 1971, Cadillac sedans with air conditioning featured external vents mounted on the rear deck, serving as intakes for the A/C.
