Күн бұрын

Hey there my name is Kevin. Over the past several months my family and I have traveled 11 states mowing lawns for free, on our Southern Domination Lawn Care Tour. This tour was 100% self funded. We do not accept donations. However, if you could take a few moments to leave a comment and a like on the video, subscribe if you haven't and if you really enjoy the content share it to your favorite social media platform. Example: Facebook, Instagram etc. The best part of all this is that it cost you nothing but I would greatly appreciate it as it allows our channel to continue help to others in ways I never dreamed possible.
Welcome back to another Lawn care juggernaut free lawn make over. This free lawn cut was outside of Jacksonville North Carolina. The property was overgrown with kudzu. Lawn Care Juggernaut gives a free lawn makeover and a free lawn cut. I traveled 1500 miles to CUT the MOST OVERGROWN LAWN and THIS HAPPENED (FREE LAWN CUT). This North Carolina lawn care property had over grown kudzu and invasive lawn vines all over. The property had hurricane damage that desperately needed lawn mowing. This was a free ugly lawn makeover performed by lawn care juggernaut boring channel. Please enjoy juggernaut lawn care videos and this free overgrown yard makeover on the lawn care tour. :) :) :)

But BroDawg.....you are trespassing....and admit it on social media.....xplain that to us? In most places a city needs to have some type of environmental hearing with the property owner (with lots of notice) before someone else can come on to their property and mow?

I'm cutting it for free. If you clearly needed help with you property and I came in and just did what I do as a professional....would you care? When the city does what I did it comes with a huge bill and if that goes unpaid they sell your house at auction. Brother I'm a modern day Robin hood.

As far as posting on social media. I'm not showing up, vandalizing a house and posting that on social media. I am inspiring people around the world to help their neighbors when they can. I always leave properties in much better shape than when I arrived. Many of the clean ups I preform would cost well over $1000 if they were to hire someone. Anyways thank you for the support. One day if I go to jail I will vlog that too🤣

Yep, going through abandoned properties is doing the city, county, and neighbours a huge favour. It benefits everyone. I seriously doubt anyone from any of those authorities will bother with what you're doing, or think of any trespassing charges. No point in stopping someone doing things like this, especially for free.
@bilbohurricane7657

I get that you are doing it for free. And, on its face, it sounds like a good idea. And, yeah, without a criminal complaint the Fuzz prolly will not bother but in a civil case (maybe I watch too many CourtTV videos)..... Just sayin' that if you are trespassing then you may be liable for ANY damages you cause....and the homeowner (however lazy they are in the first place) can easily satisfy a court with this video that you were on their property without permission and who knows what damages they will allege (real or made up): - $$$$. In this particular case, maybe they let the place get overgrown to DETER vandals/criminals (you admitted "on air" that you couldn't get to the back of property). Clearly we don't want people there; that's why we boarded up the windows too! But now this trespassers has all but invited vandals and thieves in (they would say) when talking about the damages you caused by trespassing. And then "but for your trespass" great grandmas irreplaceable wedding dress/diamond ring hidden in the house (no receipts of course) are now gone. - $. Not to mention he cut down the poison ivy I was growing to feed my pet X. - $$$$. Also, I had just hired someone ("well over $1000" - you admit below) and now they are threatening to sue me if I cancel the landscaping contract to collect. And all because some trespasser on my property....I wish I knew who it was...oh yeah, Exhibit A (KZbin Video). - $$$$$$$$. And then (knock on wood), if you are injured (your property or person) while on their property, your own insurance will likely NOT cover the damage because you were trespassing. And if you decide to lie about it to your insurance carrier....ahem "insurance fraud"...or worse, lie to the Fuzz about it. Maybe you could go to city hall in advance to see if the house is deemed a nuisance OR better yet get on their lists of contractors who deal with properties already deemed a nuisance (then you'll get paid by the City to take care of it, get paid for KZbin views/comments, and as a bonus mitigate the risks of trespassing all the while having insurance coverage is something goes wrong). At least that is what I'm guessing they would say on CourtTV. I'm no lawyer; just a dirt-under-the-fingernails schmuck like the rest of us. 'merica!

I live in Jax NC and I can tell you the city/county wouldn't care if someone did this, matter of fact they would be happy. I cannot think of a single homeowner who would complain. Usually, when a yard gets this overgrown, a lot of people cannot afford the cost to have it cut (it costs wayyyy more than an average yard cut by a service). This particular property looks like one which was likely flooded from a prior hurricane and had been abandoned - usually, those go into foreclosure or are bought out by the government. In either case, the bank or the government wouldn't mind if someone did them the favor. Banks even have to pay tons of money a year to have homes in HOA communities cut and maintained. He did a good thing here and I'm certain no one would mind and only appreciate it.

Came across this video last night and a very personal note You remind me so much of my son---look, walk, charisma and work ethic. As fascinated as I am on the transformation, I found myself smiling as if watching my own kid working. Coming across this video on what marked the 15th anniversary of the passing of my mom, and 1 yr of my son & I not speaking---you have no idea how much this helped the heart. Love the work you are doing, LOVE your humor, and may God continue to bless you and your family ~By the way---Ryan would be my choice for your upcoming son's name 💙

Dear Kevin: For my dear Dad's 105th birthday, we are Hansens too, today 10/5, I wanted to honor both your work... And let you know, you both have the same heart. As the youngest son of 10 kids, my Dad was the one to decorate all his brother and sisters graves every Memorial Day. And he was the one to buy tombstones for his parents and grandparents and get them a plague at Ellis Island as they were Danish immigrants in the 1870s. So tradition and heart is DNA deep. We children have stories of Dad doing wonderful things for people, like Sees candy every Christmas for his favorite restaurant ladies for one of many... Your children will have stories about you. Blessings dear Kevin. CH

Kudzu (a legume) was brought from Japan to the Philadelphia Centennial Expo in 1876 & at the Chicago World's Fair in 1893. During the Dust Bowl years (1930-1950ish) it's use was encouraged to prevent soil erosion. Highly invasive and rapid growing it has many uses like fiber to make paper & textiles, the root to make the powdered thickener called arrowroot, herbal teas, soap and lotion. Flowers can be made into jams & jellies. It is high in phytochemicals (which is healthy), used as animal feed and beautiful baskets can be woven from the material.

Wow!!! You are amazing!!!! What a hard and labor intensive job you performed. This is a compliment: YOU ARE A "BEAST"!!! In my prime, I would not have been able to do what you did. Keep up the great work and God Bless you for donating your time, effort, equipment and fuel costs. If you are still in North Carolina, I have a suggestion. Try to contact Thom from Thom's Simple Life KZbin channel. He has been cleaning up a disabled veteran's property for the past year. Thom states he is in no rush to complete the job and he does not want assistance. But, I think it would be great if you collaborated with him to at least assist with the heavy stuff. If you are not familiar with Thom, he is a 70 year old disabled vet himself but he can still get around. I think it would make a great video or a series of videos for Thom and you. Also, you might want to contact some of your colleagues and possibly arrange to take turns in assisting Thom in this project or other projects with him. Thank you again for all your great videos.

We use to live in a small town in Nebraska. Our yard was one fourth of a city block. My husband could mow it in one afternoon. If I mowed it, I would mow I segment a day. It took me a several days, front yard one day, west side yard one day, back yard one day, east side yard one day, It was a not self propelled mower and it was a great yard for children to play. I took fishing bells and clipped them on the back of their shirts. I could always hear when they started to move away from where I was in the garden or hanging clothes on the line. They felt like they had independence but I was never very far away. And of course, I never mowed when they were playing.

I live just outside of town and have a huge lot. My husband passed a few years ago and I can't tell you how thankful I have been for my awesome neighbors!! Most of the time I can figure out who mowed but one time I never did figure out. No one confessed. Ok, one person cut down my Iris and I was a little irritated but I knew they would grow back. And they did!! So no real harm done. In fact I think it did them good.

After they bloom you should top them, even the greens, down to about three inches from the ground. It allows the tubers and roots to grow stronger to produce bigger and more blooms ❤in the spring! If you dig them up every five years you can pass your legacy of a great neighbor on to the future gardeners of the area. That's the fun part!

Hi Kevin and Rachel! I watched a documentary once on working dogs. This particular episode featured border collies who were herding goats in Tallahassee. The owner took his goats to different locations to eat the kudzu. He said kudzu to goats is like eating icing on a cake. They can eat the kudzu on a lawn like that in about an hour down to the roots. This yard is insane!!

Thanks so much for what you do. And you do this work with such a joyful heart! I never thought that in my retirement I would enjoy watching videos of a young man cutting grass and doing good deeds for his fellow man. But it is hard for me to get around and watching your channel is so relaxing and heart warming. And I love your family. I just had to smile when you called your wife “Baby Doll.” That is what my late husband called me. And you have a special little girl and I know your son will be as well. A good name for him would be Noble, because that is what his father is. Can’t wait for your next posting. Take care and keep on cutting. ❤🙏🏻😊

you are the Johnny Cash of lawn care-for those of yall who have never heard of the vine that ate the south this is a great example of what can happen-as a kid we rode home from school over a viaduct and rail road tracks-everything except the rail road was covered with kudzu and when my school bus went above that kudzu I prayed we wouldn't drive off the bridge-that stuff looked like it could eat us

Kevin, I have watched a lot of different lawn-cutting videos but I still have to say that you are the best. You are the cream of the crop in lawn care. I have never seen one of your videos that I didn't like. So, if this were a competition you would win the prize, hands down. Keep on doing what you do because you inspire and teach by telling us about different ways to cut lawns and about other plants, trees, etc. You never leave a blade uncut or anything untrimmed. You're the best, what else can I say? Oh, and I should get one of those blades because you don't have anyone that has as much faith in you as I do when it comes to your mowing, cutting, lawn care, landscaping, and the whole shebang. haha I was also enjoying those motivational speeches; They were not long enough.

Kudzu is excellent for insect control. I'm told that most bugs won't go near it. That is why sometimes homeless people sleep in it, although they might wake up covered with the vine. You can soak kudzu leaves in a bucket of water until it turns brown, strain it, put it in a sprayer and use it to repel insects in the yard.

You just never know what you're going to hit, what's in there or if you're going in a ditch line. I hope whomever owns that property can see their way clear to come home and restore it. Commendable work! Btw, is your mower even talking to you anymore?
