Aspiring mom at 43 here. We've been trying for 5yrs and had our biggest heartache last year due to miscarriage. Prior to that i also had myomectomy and underwent iui. Ive been taking all sorts of prenatal supplements since. Last week we froze our embryos. To my dismay only 2 were harvested and i feared it wouldnt be viable. But the Lord heard our tears, and made those embryos healtht. After this ill have another myoma operation before implantation. The doc also suggested i go for another round since i only had 2. The financial burden is real. But we have to fight for our dreams. I know the Lord is with us. To all the aspiring moms out there, may you be blessed with supportive spouses who will hold your hand no matter what. Hugs xx

I am from Europe, so in the West we don’t really see IVF as a bad thing. That’s still your miracle baby. Sad to see that’s still frown upon by some in the Philippines. I do appreciate you sharing your journey and being so real about it
