Your dad and I met in 7th grade. We were both in the high school band. We'd sit in the band room for hours, him playing piano and me singing. We played together in different bands through our high school years. He was an incredible talent, a great person and he will be missed.

Wow was planning to revisit tahoe so looked up your dad and oh My I'm so sorry. My deepest condolences to u and your family. I met you dad back in 1984. I came to tahoe from L.A. for a change of life. My brother Glen and I slept in my car the first night in tahoe after sitting in ceasers till Bobby finished his last song. Long story short we found jobs and ended up staying and living in tahoe for years. Bobby was part of our routine no matter where we were or what we were doing we would always end our nights with at least a couple hours of Bobby Dickerson. What a talented performer. I ended up becoming friends with your pops and hung out with him not only when he preformed but on our days off. I remember many morning watching the sun come up with Bobby. After moving from Tahoe I would make my way back there at least once a year and make sure I would stop in to hang out with your dad. I remember when he was hired to play on the ceasers yacht for the president or c.e.o.of ceasers. Was a long time ago. He was so proud of being selected to play that gig. They wanted him out of dozens of performers employed by Ceasers Bobby was chosen. I have so missed him and his music. You have greatly honored him by putting these videos on you tube. God bless you and your family. Bobby Rest In Peace my friend, until we meet again, I know every angel in Heaven is having a great time cause Bobby's up there playing for the lord now! .

George Mesterhazy is an incredible pianist who also plays bass, guitar, and anything else you throw in his hands. He stops in and jams with us sometimes. I'll let him know. The other two I don't know but I'll talk to George. I've got to see those videos.
