awesome video brother ✌🏽🐿️✌🏽… damn shame about the windshield, even worse shame you don’t have a ($thanks) button on this vid. i would’ve loved to throw a few $’s your way to help with the windshield cost you had to pay for and to say thanks for all your hard work sharing your passion with all us detailing nerds. i do such a small number of details in between my regular career that i’m battling with getting garage keepers insurance or anything g else that will help if and when these problems happen with my details. but like you eluded to customer service is key and thanks for sharing 🐿️💨

Thanks man, I appreciate the support. My customer was super understanding about the whole situation. They went through their insurance and covered the deductible and I gave them credit for future services. I was happy to cover the cost but that’s the direction they wanted to go. My first time running into this and I really wanted to share this with my viewers because I don’t think anyone really talks about it much online. No need to send money, having you as a viewer is more than enough, but I appreciate it! I enjoy the editing process and connecting with everyone who shares this passion. New video dropping tomorrow on a 2019 camero SS 🔥🔥🔥

That's one tool I really need to pick up... air compressor. Would make interiors much more effecting with the cracks and crevaces I believe.

I lied, I need a polisher too haha

Air compressor has many uses. The tornador or the rag company version definitely makes a big difference in cleaning the interior. With it I can remove the bulk of the dry dirt/debris from the carpets and door panels/pockets before using any liquid. I haven't needed to extract a carpet in almost a year doing it this way and it saves me from over-saturating the fabrics. Definitely worth the investment once you get there. You can get close to the results with a vac and a drill brush, but the compressor and air gun definitely make it quicker. A polisher is nice, but definitely not necessary when you're first starting out. Honestly, I only use it when I am polishing before a coating. On a normal interior/exterior I only wash, clay/iron remover, dry, and then spray sealant like DIY Detail Ceramic Gloss. Are you detailing as a business or for yourself?

Loved the vid but shame your mic audio isn’t louder 😔
@alfredautospa10 ай бұрын
Thank you Georgina, I appreciate your continued support and feedback! I thought the mic track was loud enough while I was editing the video, but I agree 100% now that I've listened to it on youtube. I'll ensure the voiceover is loud enough on the next video. Should have one posted in two weeks on a blue Camaro I ceramic coated.
