Eve has been my favorite artist for 4 years now. I discovered him through we are still underground, and I have been hooked since. Everytime Eve drops a new song I hope it would be different, I know it is gonna be good anyways but at a point I was just hopping for Eve to go wilder and try new stuff. But in the end I just love this artist, I go back to him almost everyday and it keeps me moving. Personnaly my favorite mv gotta be insomnia. Favorite song how to eat life

Something that I think you didnt notices is that between 8:53 and 9:25 , the songs that appear are covers of Vocaloid/Other Artist songs that Eve like and cover, except for that, the video is so good and interesting :D!

This video is such a good summary of Eve as an artist! I first got into him during lockdown when I began listening to Kaikai Kitan, then I began looking at his other music videos and going from there. Him imbuing his songs with both meaning and artistry is what made me a fan. Sometimes I see comments online about how people want him to go back to how he used to sound, but I ran into the same problem as you, just in a different way; about 50% of any of my playlists is just Eve, so when I kept on listening to his older stuff I realized that I had to take it off to keep it from becoming stale to my mind. His new stuff is fresh and shows off the strength of his voice. If he ever does a tour of the east coast or if I get the time to travel when I’m older, I truly want to see him live once in my life. P.s. Since you asked for a top 10 1. How to eat life 2. Living idly and dying as if dreaming (Yuseiboushi) 3. Leo 4. Tokyo Ghetto 5. Mabel (I swear it’s better than Ado’s) 6. Nonsense literature 7. If you want a recommendation, try out natori. I personally recommend sarushibai or sleepwalk if your trying to relax.

I suggest you to check ( even for just yourself) the live version! oh the live version ARE GORGEOUS. Eve nails it with the high notes, the band exaggerate the instrumental and it's just better. Imagine eve but BETTER.

I love eve so much, i've been obsessed with his music for the last 3 years and I just can't get tired 😭 Also you should check out King Gnus music!! it's soooooo good, they made 2 songs for the JJK movie, made OP 2 for JJK season 2 and made the ending for Banana Fish, their music is just amazing they experiment with various genres but are mainly rock / R&B, they also have 2 vocalists, a high range one and a lower voiced one who's also the guitarist, pianist, producer, composer and leader of the band, Daiki Tsuneta. Songs i recommend: IKAROS, Sanmon Shosetsu, Sakayume and Ichizu (from JJK 0) Hakujitsu, Humor, Hikoutei, Prayer X

I think that your point about the songs being repetitive are because you dont speak japanese, you would find the difference in the lyrics but you are only hearing the surface level of the song
