You won’t see anything wrong with you on the results from the hospital, because it’s nothing physical. God is omnipresent and omnipotent, he won’t turn you away if you seek comfort and strength in him, because truthfully that’s where we ought to get our strength and comfort from. More than likely you were given normal saline (drip) in the emergency room. Prolly you were dehydrated and your body wasn’t getting the nutrients you needed (not eating). Just start to eat better and drink more fluids. Wishing you best in health. Life is always gonna come with something, it’s just the cycle of life 🤷🏾‍♀️ Just stay prayerful and you will overcome 🙏🏾
