So glad you went back to my local city Brighton and Hove the most vibrant uk seaside city with some of the best street art in uk. Its like a mini London because Brighton has 30-50 or more high rise buildings and the apartments are as tall and modern as skyscrapers mainly for student living. Next time pls go to my town Eastbourne the sunshine coast of the uk. But yeah Brighton and Hove city is good and there is a new park on hove beach and they plan to make the beach bigger then it already is.

Hypothesis regarding Brighton. It's a university city, AND a fast commute to London, probably for fairly high earners (It's not a cheap place to buy property) Plus a difficult place for parking, so People tend to order rather than drive to pick up. Best of all worlds?
