This girl went to my college lol. I live in Raleigh/Durham area and I encounter women like this all the time. I always tell them I’m a farmer (grew up on a farm and still contribute to it in free time) but I never tell them I have my MBA and doing well in my career. I always downplay what I do and sure enough it never goes anywhere after they know I’m a farmer but the funny part is sometimes I’ll run into them in the same social circles or they come across my social media and they see what I really have going on and they try to slide back into the picture after realizing it but I’m not interested anymore, I wear my blue collar up bringing with pride.

As a woman I down play my job tbh. I got a regular smegular good benefits role at a tech company and men are funny also. I don't make much but if I say who I work for and people look at my life somehow think I'm wealthy and things get very weird in dating for me. I've been told I look wealthy too and I work part-time on the brink of minimum wage. It trips me out. I don't have much at all and its like dang y'all are weird out here. Not same situation but in reversed the "IDEAL" of having something got people moving weird. I try to go off how people were raised and their spirit before I commit so honestly asking of money from a man is a warning for me. (I'm just talking sharing my experience but yep...I can see how that works)

I agree with everything you said 100% and it needs to be repeated by moms/dads year after year to their children. However, I don't agree with the 'giving up' part. You don't have to give up, you just have to adjust expectations. Your market is different now. Expect men with kids, divorced, probably in their 40's (who also earn a lot more) etc. I married my wife when I was 42, she's 38 and from a humble upbringing. very traditional woman, was raised to be a wife, native korean, She's pregnant with a healthy son right now which will be in addition to my 13 year old daughter I have primary custody of. @@nancybenton5635 I understand. I think the most important takeaway then, as adults, is for us to end this endemic destructive cycle and stop teaching little girls and young women that family/marriage/children are slavery and career/independence at the expense of the former is the goal. There was an place for feminism RE: equality but now it is literally destroying our society. No children, no society. We have to allow and encourage each gender to fulfil their unique roles. If he listed them, ask him to describe his future wife. Boom! That's *EXACTLY* what you want to become. Edit: If he didn't list them, keep on moving. A guy who is serious knows what he wants. If you're asking and trying to persuade him, he may tell you what you want to hear but that's just to get in your pants. It's not what his goals really are. And that is even above the median income that black men are earning in America. It's crazy how women cannot get this logic. You want a man that earns 350k per annum but at best you are LIKELY to get a median income partner. Your parents raised you up in a middle class life after working hard so many years and somehow that is not good enough. She is so focused on getting the "high value man" that she may miss out on the "medium value man" with whom they can build a middle class life together. The biggest problem is these women DON’T LISTEN! They call for advice from a professional and instead of taking in the jewels this man is giving they are defensive, steadily trying to prove their stance. The whole time they are talking to him they are only listening to respond.

This is the quintessential experience for those suffering from cognitive dissonance. People want to believe what they want to believe, so when they're introduced to data contradicting their beliefs, they discredit the data because their unjustified belief MUST be right! Videos like this highlight how multiple segments of the population are delusional in their own way. Hopefully now because of the internet, we can begin lifting the veil on these fools and hold mirrors up to their faces so they can have their delusions destroyed once and for all.......

The amount of mental gymnastics those women will do to evade accepting responsibility for their actions is really impressive.

She gonna die alone if she keeps going the way she's going. Its so sad that women now a days don't wanna go thru the struggle with a man to get to high value but expect men to take them with all their baggage and delusional mind set.

She will find someone she is fairly attractive. But he won't most likely be high value. She'll have to lower heart standards and clean that attitude up.

They don't want to work. They want to lay around and have babies. That's why I don't understand their pursuit of college and a big career. As soon as they get this non existent (round to the nearest tenth) HVM, they want to retire.
