I have now confirn that: Flinstone - If you watch the movie and/or cartoon show, "The Flinstone", you'll know that driving vehicles require your feet. Monstertruck - Vertically spins your vehicle upward. NoDriveBy - Possibly can't shoot while driving. MissionSuicide - The hardest difficulty during missions. NoMagicalBackpack - Assuming that you only have one weapon, no matter if you pick up/bought weapons. Bounce - Same as "Bouncy Vehicles", but not that much bouncy. AstralProjection - Assuming it was invisible bullets. Instead, you move the cam rather than following the protagonist.
