I DESTROYED IT! - Kung Lao Mortal Kombat II Speedrun World Record [INSANE]

Looks we're taking Kung Lao to 3.1 boiis!
This new strat is ... complicated. We are still trying to abuse the Jump kick - Dive Kick combo, but I'm now trying to utilize 3.1's highly aggressive projectile AI. This allows more consistent (although not 100%) Jump kick - dive kicks, but at the cost of not being able to JBE or LRJK, which is a pretty big downside. I think the potential is much higher here in 3.1, but holy shit is it hard to get.
