@@mystic1029 Oh, I actually did the paper thing. I have the password and transfer code inside a videogame case, where I know it is perfectly safe. I mentioned I got flashbacks of that lost account, but I had already saved that thing. RIP that NA account, although I fortunately hadn't spent such effort as on this JP account and my main NA account, where I have the vast majority of the servants I love. But yeah, paper it is for me, with letters and numbers as legible as can possibly be.

Well folk, don't forget to write your transfer code on a piece of paper or somewhere that can be saved online so things like this can be avoided. Me myself save mine on my gmail (sent an email to myself and star it) so whatever happened to my device, I can just always check my email for stuff like this

Yeah I decided to do this when I lost my JP account, I lost Himiko, Maou Nobu and Waver NP3 (I am pissed still that I picked him as my 5* Ticket only to get a copy of him next day and another two months later. This game). Thankfully my new account is way better and got Himiko in NA but I miss my Nobu, NP2 LV 100. Then again that is the account I spent 400 something quartz on Melusine before Christmas.

I usually have 2-4 copies of my transfer code depend on if I feel like it, I Wechat one to my self, so it appears on both my phone's WeChat and my computer's WeChat, then if I feel like it, I email it to myself on 1-2 accounts, so unless someone drops an EMP in my house and bonk me in the head to make me forget all my social accounts, I think I'm safe

It's possible to back up Account data, by copy pasting certain 4 files, for future. It's possible to transfer between devices without any problems this way and have the same account on multiple devices. Best part? Your TC will remain unchanged. It also works on Emulators, like LDPlayer. I won't even mention never needing to deal with Support anymore or sweating bullets, while hoping transfer won't get screwed, because this ALWAYS works and if it doesn't, you still have it on your original device (eg. smartphone).

I had 2 NA accounts one main and one to scratch my rolling itch (also it was my first account) well I accidentally switched up transfer codes on my devices so I explained it to lesangle and bc I had two accounts on one device (reality I had them on two devices) and told me that they will let me keep one. Lesson don't give them too much info

@@zs190 I mean do you want to play back from singularity 1 up until LB 6? I don't. Better just buy a "starter" account with bunch of quartz at LB5/6 and start building your roster from there. Most of the time you'll find the "starter" account having better roster than your previous one. Only downside is that you're gonna be lacking in early welfare unit but hey, not like you're gonna use most of them, some are just for collection purpose/have better alternative

I believe the Google Play policy is locking people into buying only in regions they're in. You could make a NA Play account kinda like people are doing for JP to make purchases

my Morgan family finally complete! just got Melusine few hours ago! btw what happens to your JP account? i saved my account code in various places. in my PC, in my external hdd, in my SD card, in my Google drive and in paper. with all the money i spent (despite only in gssr event) i won't take chances. buying b*t account is hard... they may have top tier servant but no resources to build any of them.

I'm sure you don't need a lecture from a viewer, so I'll just say having a hard drive issue like you did is exactly why I pay for cloud storage and backup all my important stuff almost religiously. It's definitely worth the $120 a year for 2tb if you have years and years of important files.

I think SSD has less life span compared to mechanical Harddrives. It could be just bad luck. For normal PC users one can expect hard disk failure after 3-4 years. Very eye opening. Recently 2 of my mechanical hdd failed at the same time but luckily most of my important files were saved on cloud.

Uh no. SSD have significantly longer lifespan. 3-5 years on an HDD vs 10 on an SSD. Part of the reason is no moving parts, less prone to mechanical failure. SSD also have more efficient write and rewrite logic to preserve memory sectors over time and have less degradation.
