Im watching you along with Flambas for many years now... I only commented twice. First time when Flambas vocal cords were not modulated and from a whisper he went to full shout in a split of a second on many occasions and that made me watching his stuff on mute sometimes lol . The other thing about these pan American BBs is that they are very manoeuvrable and torping them is tough. Use a shima with F3s for ranked and most other BBs can be pretty easily dev struck with the higher speed, smaller gaps and lower reaction time. Been finding most of these Pan BBs can turn quick enough to avoid the dev strikes, takes two full salvos to clean one up.

Libertad is insane at a similar level. It's just that these ships can be punished quite brutally if you don't angle properly. I've eaten a lot of damage in Libertad which I wouldn't have in Ohio because of the excellent angled armour of the Montana hull

you cant punish shit. doesnt matter angled or not you cant punish them unless rng gods wastes your rng in one game. you cant even citadel them with satsu guns while broadsiding. they are broken af and they had to be nerfed. you cant even play ranked because of this broken ships they are everywhere.

I've learned the same, but you're just playing it wrong. Your secondaries angle is amazing, you should only use all your main guns when you know you can't get shot. Wiggle between salvos. If they hold their fire, your secondaries will out dpm just about everything. You just need to learn patience. I haven't yet

Ipiranga is really mediocre to me, and then comes this. T9 and T10 in this tech tree are absolutely insane!

Bro, no insult to you, but I am pretty mediocre too so ipiranga too.🤷🏼‍♀️ Take it as you want. I call it either just player based results (Tren does couple of pvp matches with 300K or at least he is unique player). Ipiranga is really strong right now, I played brawls and if you don't get in torpedo range you mostly fine, ton of guns, fast CD on heal and secondaries not bad. But when I checked both Ipiranga and Los Andes my dmg results, main guns do more dmg vs secondaries (even with unique captain on). IMHO WG had learned twice as much from old times when secondaries were on its top (my old Pommern got me almost 75perc WR killing spree by 15 wins in 21 ranked runs 4y agol). WG had to nerf captain skills and its not much favored by them nowadays. They made much easier "fix" to broken (20-50K doublons "premium" /early access/) ships. Secondaries depend here on main guns. Fix: just slightly tune main gun accuracy for common guys and those bad 2 barrels turrets with even poorer turrets placing will do the balancing job. Even secondaries dmg output would be balanced easy way then.

@@Billswiftgti That's what I have to find out yet 🤷🏼‍♀️😀. (I mean if those T9-10 are that strong.) I had really good time with Ipiranga in brawls and single lucky match in CBs. What is broken on Los Andes is its acceleration, with just captain unspotted buff and no acceleration module it speeds up from 0 to 30knots in 20s. Call it Barracuda😀. I had great Operations match with relatively new T9 french DD Orage - 30torps 434K dmg, I believe it depends lot on map positioning which I have still hard times to find out optimal for my ships and for each map.

@gstormcz Cassard is my favourite DD now, very nice torp DPM and ideal for one shoting DDs with a single torp because of close range damage. But yeah, Ipiranga is nowhere near Los Andes! In my first game with Los Andes, I kept a flank from collapsing against Patrie, Los Andes, Yamagiri... If you kite with Los Andes it's a T10 and a even a good one. Also islands 🏝

It is just an obscene ship-especially with the leg commander. Not into nerfing ships but this and the tier X just have to be nerfed. Prince Rupprecht is a good ship but is no match for this one. I don't think the tier 8 is OP because it does not have the 11 inch guns. They can just get rid of the funny button and you would still have a very good ship.

@@trenlass809 Well its guns are even worse than GK guns. Lower sigma, lower AP DPM, higher reload. Yeah in brawling and tankiness its better but I dont see that much in randoms. Really dont see a reason why play it in randoms instead of for example Wisconsin, Vincent or Bungo.
