I have seen many sellers send wrong products like different color or size. Especially when there is a sale and they want to clear all stocks. There has to be proper way for a buyer to return those products which are different than shown in the platform. I have faced this in meesho as well as Ajio in sale days.

Adhe se jada courier wale sab fake fake orders or wrong orders uthane aur vapas karneme hi busy hai, aur company bolti hai unka x% business badha. Vo fake business hi hai. What an epic waste of time, resources, money.

Its useless to tell these to marketplaces. They will never understand this simple thing. Buyer mentality should change in this place. If marketplace start asking videos from customer then no one will order in tier 2 and 3 who are just sitting for frauds with seller.
