To everyone not seeing results in 1 week: it takes longer than that to activate and grow your glutes, depending on your body! I've been doing glute workouts every other day for 6 weeks and I've been seeing clear results since a couple of weeks. It definitely takes time and consistency!

quick little tip: try to keep your core tight and back as straight as possible when doing exercises like the first one so you'll really work your glutes and not your underback. You can also trry to add a resistance band or weights

Updates so far Day 1: it burns! Day 2: Still burns when doing the exercises. Day 3: hips burn, getting a little easier to last the whole 30 seconds on some exercises.😂 Day 4: getting easier, still breaking some sweat so that’s good. Day 5: definitely burns still, now I can do the exercises without having to look at the timer.The first few days I kept looking at the timer because I was super sore! Day 6: pheww still sweating. One more day to go! Day 7: i did it! I’m so happy, I usually give up halfway but not this time.I’ll come back tomorrow once I take pics/measure if I can to share my results Results: after carefully studying my before and after pictures I can see a slight improvement!! I had a slight dip on the left side of my bum and it’s smooth now, my bum has a shape now! Its rounder and firmer and it’s ONLY been 1 week! I’m so happy to actually see some good results from this, I will continue to do this workout for a whole month. 8.23- I took a break for about a month. My bum is still shaped and firm. Yesterday I did do the workout as well as a treadmill workout so I hope I keep seeing results.

A tip: don't work on your glutes daily, they need time to rest and repair! To grow glutes you have to almost tear your muscles for them to grow bigger, so working on it everyday won't change much! Take breaks x

when working out it's important to rest (at least 2 days) between each muscle group. Rest/recovery for your muscles is essential because this is the time where your muscles will repair/grow. When you do a leg workout every single day it will actually fatigue/overwork your muscles which can result into breaking down the muscles you have. So opt for 2/3 times for your legs.

Aniya Teasley you can do ab workouts in those resting days, you can also do some sort of upperbody exercises to get some balance in your muscles. (Trust me you won’t look/become a body builder - a lot of people think that- ) But it’s totally fine to do ab workouts. I’d also opt for 1 rest day where you completely stop working out.

@@bgrace77205 all it is is this, while standing, to get the feel of it, flex or clench your glutes. You can do it sitting down too, when you squeeze/clench/tighten/flex however you wanna call it, when you do that in a sitting position, you'll notice a slight rise in your body, that is you squeezing your glutes. When exercising, squeeze or flex the muscle you're working. Does that help?

Update- Today marks 14 days that I started doing this work out plus other booty work outs and I love it , my booty grew about half an inch which it’s amazing how that happens just in pushing yourself and not giving up. My glutes are 37 inches too lmao right when Jackie measured I was like "yup that's how my booty looks" and sure enough you were 37 inches too lol make sure you girls eat lots of protein and carbs. I'm going on my transformation, did 2 glute/leg days this week. No more than 3 days a week because rest is super important for muscle repair and THATS when our glutes grow

We only did it for a week in the video. But in general if you work out any muscle group and then stop working it out the progress will go away so you need to keep working out. 🙃

I just started this workout a few days ago and I already see some difference. I'm hoping that I can get some pretty decent results after sticking to it for a while! I'm very flatt and have always wanted a bigger bum.

@Pastelle Cute I'm almost 4 weeks in and starting to see results. You have to be patient and persistent, but it works!

@Pastelle Cute no problem! Be ready for some sore hips and ass at first. I don't feel it anymore, and the results are definitely worth it. It's going to take more time to achieve exactly what I want, but I'm already feeling less self conscious.

@@Stefania98s honestly I just eat what I've been eating my whole weight loss journey, just adding in protein shakes every 2-4 days with breakfast. I honestly drink the Walmart brand equate 30g protein shakes. I currently got a big box of chocolate flavored ones. Otherwise I just do my best to eat a healthy balance of as many whole foods as I can. I lift too, so the added protein is for my arms as well as my ass. In general I already ate a good amount of protein too. Egg with cheese on it for breakfast everyday on toast with peanut butter, lunch meat/yogurt/cheese/nuts at lunch and always a main serving of beef, pork or chicken at dinner, sometimes fish. The more you want to increase muscle, the more protein you should consume. Without the shakes I have a few times a week I'd probably struggle to consume enough to gain the muscle I want.

late response but you're not supposed to do it everyday. i personally would do it monday, thursday, and sunday. i believe that you should let your body rest for 2 days in between. i could be wrong though!
