A cucumber sushi roll...throw a little carrot in there perhaps...sometimes simple is best. You can't go wrong. I'll eat white rice with tonkatsu sauce sometimes. It just hits 😋

I forget the type of noodles I've always wanted to try, but it's where you dip the noodles in a sauce or broth that is provided separately? Not sure the name of them, but if you could try those one day that'd be interesting to see what you think of them.

If that food is ramen soup, then "tsukemen." If it's a cold soy sauce soup, it's "soba" Tsukemen is wheat noodles. Soba is buckwheat noodles.
