I just got in the new celebrations pokemon cards tins and really did not want to open it because of how amazing the sealed box looks. I don't think there will be a ton of these celebrations pokemon cards tins printed either. I ended up opening these celebrations pokemon cards tins and honestly am glad that I did!

Not sure if he ever realizes, but the gens are in order, they just had it wrap around from the top. so if you start at 1 it should be 1,2,3,4 8,7,6,5 ocd is allitle rough on it but they are in some kind of order thankfully

Favorite starter: Rowlet. If you look at the picture cards, they go in a clockwise route, kind of symbolic of the time passing between Gen 1 and Gen 8.

Charmander. Ever since that series episode, where a trainer abandoned his on a rock out in woods. Vowed to take care of all charmanders as a 6 year old kid, hence the cards that still look Great from that era, are my charmander cards 😀

This is such a tough call but my favorite starter was Pikachu. The reason is because I loved the follow feature and interactability with pikachu back in yellow. And solo running the game with pikachu (as we all did when we were kids lol) made it just challenging enough to make the game really fun! Nice pulls pokerev and gl with the draw everyone!

Despite my deep nostalgia for OG set, I really love Turtwig. If he was a part of gen 2 before I fell out of the major part of my obsession as a child, I would have been CRAZY for him. Every evolution is perfect... leaf ground is deceivingly strong especially early game too.

Favourite starter: Gotta be Chimchar for me it was the first starter that I loved the moment I saw it and especially when I played Pokémon diamond and platinum. A good memory I had with chimchar’s evolution Infernape was when it got hit by dark void by darkrai and woke up on the same turn to hit it with the CLOSE COMBAT!!!! no other starter can compare to it (in my opinion).

I have opened over 50 packs of celebration and still have not pulled Charizard. And still don't have a complete set of the secret rares. Missing like 10 of them. It's weird that Charizard is so expensive because more people are pulling that than they are the secret gold Mew. So realistically Mew should be more expensive than Charizard. But favoritism is messing up the actual rarity prices.

Funny thing. I've opened about 120 Celebrations packs.. Still haven't got a claydoll, or Rocket Zapdos... I live in NZ. I swear the rates vary based on country. I've had a LOT of Venusaur and a couple charizard, still no blastoise. I'm missing 4 total, the last been Mew gold card =)
