This reads like satire, but sadly I don't think it is. Shingles and Covid are caused by separate viruses, and one can not cause the other. However both lower the immune system which make people more susceptible to other viruses. Staring at bright lights not only won't cure your eye problems, they are almost certainly going to make them worse. Anyone can claim to be a registered nurse, and being one does not make you intelligent or scientifically minded. Remember a struggling "D" student still passes. Specifically in regards to red light, it is snake oil. More specifically, studies show red light does in fact have positive effects on skin cell regeneration. To produce maximum results, the intensity of the light needs to be about the same as what the sun produces on the Earth's surface. That's right, you are buying a product that literally is giving you the same positive effects that you would get from going outside. Congrats to everyone that paid for something they can get for free, and can be gained while doing something productive. Also, given the light should be about the same intensity as sunlight on the earth's surface, I would suggest not staring at it. BTW, for anyone that knows I am wrong, I have a bridge in Brooklyn I am looking to sell.

Let’s be honest, setting aside time for red light therapy every single day isn’t exactly easy. But, for the sake of science (and my stubborn headache), I gave it a shot using the FF 1000 from Future Form Official. And, I hate to admit it, but it worked! After dealing with an unshakable headache for three long years, a few weeks of consistent use actually made it disappear. I started this whole thing to improve my brain health and cognitive function, using it for 20 minutes a day on my face, neck, and chest. And while I’m still not thrilled about making it part of my daily routine, I can’t deny the results. My skin’s glowing, my head’s clearer, and I’m starting to think this might just be worth the hassle. So, if you can deal with the commitment, this therapy really delivers. Just don’t expect to squeeze it in between meetings!

Thank you for this awesome video!! I'm curious about the timing. Is it necessary and best to do this in the morning? I'd love to know if it's okay to vary the specific time of day. Also, are there full bodysuit style red light wraps enabling overall red light across the entire body at one time? I used to live in Seattle and struggled SO badly with the weather. I'm from sunny Australia. Eventually I saw a Dr who said I had SAD, seasonal affective disorder due to the endless rain, gray, cold yuck weather. She said most expats struggle with it. She said I had 3 options to treat it: 1. Prescription antidepressants during the rainy 9 months of the year 2. Pack up and move to another state with a better climate 3. Begin a minimum of 3 sessions per week at a Tanning Salon specifically with the UVB only lights. Tanning salons are illegal in Australia, even the newer, less harmful, UVB type. I had no desire to take prescription meds. I was not in a position to simply pack up and move elsewhere and so, I decided to try the tanning salon. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IN HOW I FELT. It was as though a sudden heavy lead cloak had been lifted from my shoulders. My mental fog, mild depressive strange sad feelings (not my ordinary personality in Australia), my physical health, body flexibility and desire to keep improving and doing and being the best I can be, all within the first week I felt astronomically better. I have no idea if it's a placebo type experience, all I know is that for the first time in a very long time, I began to feel excited about my future, planning goals and returning to my general state of calm, happy, ambitious, and hopeful woman. Particular physical inflammation and pain was also subsiding. This included extreme L4/ L5 bulging disc pain as well as extreme thoracic pain from previous injuries. I miss these salons a lot now I no longer have access in Australia. I'd love to explore red light therapy. I was just curious if: - I can find one suitable for the Australian power outlet - If there is one that does the entire body at one time or is there a reason not to do that? That's also an interesting comment about the eyes. I've heard a Dr discuss this, and the fact that we should avoid sunglasses in order to get the light to the deepest part of the pituitary gland (don't quote me on that though! 😎). This is what sets in motion our circadian rhythm, governing so many aspects of our day and night including our metabolism. I'm not a scientist or Dr and just at the beginning stages of learning about this fascinating topic. It is my understanding though, that if you get that light deep into the most hidden areas of your eye, it signals your body to release cortisol at the correct time. In the morning. And ideally, if you're in a position to view the sunset, and keep any light's down low after sunset (below eye level, simulating the low burning camp fire type of light), avoiding blue light and all overhead lights once the sun sets, this, combined with the light in the morning in the eyes, that being blue light and extra bright lights in general, including natural daylight, can greatly improve your overall health. Curious if the red light feels like a sauna? Curious if you're aware of any full body style? And if you came across any operating with worldwide power outlet adaptability? Thanks again. I'm so excited about this topic!

It is sometimes done as part of a spiritual or religious practice, most often near dawn or dusk.[1] The human eye is very sensitive, and exposure to direct sunlight can lead to solar retinopathy, pterygium,[2] cataracts,[3] and often blindness.[4][5][6] Studies have shown that even when viewing a solar eclipse the eye can still be exposed to harmful levels of ultraviolet radiation.[7]" that doesn't sound really safe

Hi There I have been using RLT for about a year now, for my thyroid condition, there has been some improvement with my blood levels. I also feel more energy after use. I'm not sure of the exact length of time but know the distance should be 6 inches for thyroid, I sit 20 mins most days, except when I go away on holiday. One thing Ive noticed though is that im getting more facial hair! longer strands which grow back faster, not great being female but if it improves my Thyroid, i'll put up with that. Have you noticed facial hair growth, I guess yr only doing a few minuets on face, whereas Im doing 20 mins. Thanks for yr video

Well sunlight is clinically proven to promote human growth hormone production in your body. That plays a role is hair growth, children’s growth, muscle recovery and cell recovery. This is basically mimicking that

I just received a red light belt. 1st night I slept like a baby! I've suffered my entire life with insomnia etc and this made me calmer. I brought it for pain, I have very severe pain and it's helping a little. I'm only on day 2 though. Mt chiropractor said this was the QST time my body adjusted easily. I'd love to purchase this one but it says unavailable 😕 I am sold on this therapy for sure. I'm hopeful!! Subscribing just to see your followup. Thanks for this.

I've been using red light therapy for the last 9 years, my skin on my face is plumper no wrinkles and and my neck it's very firm with no winkles. I thought several red light therapy through the years, Kathy Ireland panel, I bought three of them because I got them very cheap$100 each brand new. I bought bestqool and bought five of them because I got them for $40 each. I put them together and made one big 1. I'm currently using also Omnilux . I too was afraid of the exposure to my eyes, so I double up with the eye protection. I hope you will do more videos on this subject

Thank you for your video ! Yes please do follow up for a year - once a month updates ? So cool - used far infrared before with fantastic results . So excited to try this different frequency too. Its usually the electrical wires that omits dirty electricity - can put rubber tubing around electrical cords keeps dirty electricity at bay - you can testit in a video would be fun ! . Thx again !

Yeah, if you sleep better you will feel better, 100%. Many people, for some reason, do not realize how crucial sleep is. I mean if you are learning or training or improving, you need 8 hrs. Your body needs time to build physical pathways in your brain, as well as building muscle for physical training. Using your brain can burn many calories as well. Try to solve complex problems for 8 hrs straight. It is just as tough if not tougher than physically working, like roofing or flooring or w.e for 8 hrs. I know this cuz I've read a lot of studies and research, plus I've done both those things. In my 20s I was a manual laborer and did different things, then I went to school and got a degree in structural engineering. If you are using your brain like that you have to realize that you are like an athlete. You are using more energy than an average person, the difference is that the brain uses simple sugars for energy, glucosamine. So you can intake more sugar than a normal person and not put on as many calories. Just like an athlete can/needs to eat more calories. Saying that, doesn't mean you need A LOT of sugar. Like a Gatorade will do. But sleep is where you'll make the gains. If you do a lot of studying and do not sleep, it just doesn't "stick". Like working out than not getting sleep will stunt muscle growth. This is the same with musicians, especially when learning an instrument, or when writing music and such. In order for you to get better and grow muscle memory, you need sleep. I mean I think that's why younger people sleep more than older people on average. Younger people are in the stages of learning, trying, failing, growing. Older people tend to get to a status quo where they get comfortable in the life they built, and basically stop a lot of the learning and growing. But yeah, for myself, I use my head a lot, almost too much at times. I realized when I was around 18/19 yrs old that I needed 8 hrs, no if ands or buts. I can do 6hrs, but I start to get less productive after 5 days. Some people are able to do 4 hrs a day.... obvious there is no 1 rule for everyone. Bodies and brains adapt to situations. Though I really do not like when those people who do not sleep more than 6 hrs, are like "you do not need all that sleep, I get 4 hrs regularly and I'm OK". Yeah, sleeping 8 hrs has nothing to do with "laziness". I will occasionally even sleep up to 10 hrs if I had been working hard for a while. I'm just rambling cuz I have no friends. But never let someone tell you that you are being selfish or lazy cuz you require 8 hrs of sleep. If you are a learner, thinker, doer than cutting into your sleep with cause problems.

You might get the same effects just by doing sunbathing. Especially if you you do nude sunbathing, which was found to increase testosterone levels (in men) by 200 percent, according to a study done at Boston State Hospital in 1937. In fact, I've been getting similar benefits to the ones you mentioned by doing full-body sunbathing 30 minutes a day, for years. The problem would be on overcast days, when there's not much sun. And on those days, you can use the red light device.
@EcnalKcin Жыл бұрын
You also get a lot of harmful effects from sun bathing. Have you considered investing in a flood light and using that?
@VDR5958 Жыл бұрын
Not true bro. Read about RED and NRI . Its also going deeper into the skin than the sun rays do.
@tommys4904 Жыл бұрын
The sun actually has a significant amount of red and NIR light! about 40% of the suns energy is in the infrared light spectrum. Have a look at the sun emission spectrum on google images. This Red light therapy is mimicking a very small part of the spectrum that the sun emits.@@VDR5958

Thanks for this experiment. Could you do a 30 day follow-up? Could you include another person, perhaps an older person with an injury or arthritis to see if they notice an improvement? You should see if it improves testosterone by shining it on your junk.🤣 I wonder how this would affect old people's sleep because young people find it hard to fall asleep but then stay asleep. Old people fall asleep easy but can't stay asleep. Lots to test.
