As a 19 year old guy in university that has been hitting weights daily for a couple months, I’ve gotten some decent arms, chest and back gains but frequent drinking has still left me with a gut 😂 I think I’m going to commit to this ab routine and see how it goes. Thanks infographics!

Have him do swim workouts next. It's basically a full body workout. You can look up different workouts, but don't ever stick to the same set. A traditional swim workout will focus on all 4 swims (or strokes) Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle.

Not true at all. I've been a runner, cycle, swim and workout from the early 80's till now. Minus the swimming for the pandemic. Never had any operations and I don't take painkillers.

Make sure you do the correct form for best results i recommend you watch a video on how to do proper pushups first before you do anything

OnlyObnoxious if they’re sore than that means it’s working. Your muscles are rebuilding themselves. It’s best to take a day or 2 off though and let those muscles heal.

I dont know why it's so hard for some people to get in shape. I've been working for 2 years but never consistently doing it right. Now I wake up at 6 every day, drive to the gym, eat healthy, run 2 miles at night just for a week, I'm on my second week and I can see the outline of my abs already......just do the work guys

Alphabet Soup They are extremely bad for your spine. Vertical workouts are better for you, but less effective. (Burpees, Jump Rope, Leg Lifts)

The muscle I miss being strong the most is actually my quadriceps. Being able to blast up vertical hills at breakneck speeds was my favorite thing when hiking around. Now I am a tub of lard, just inching back to normal weight.

Sit Ups are overrated. if you want 6 pack abs and are doing "The Sit Up Challenge" expecting abs. You shouldn't have them.

How about a full body workout? Bicep curls, squats, Russian twists, tricep dips, plié lunges, burpees and plank?

i know a trick 😁 cheat on ur girl, she will leave you, probably( generalising) then you will feel miserable. (if you loved her) and lose apetite, wanna life change, need a life change, prove you can change, only think in her, work out 3 4hours a day thinking she will reconsider, or just show what she lost. most important, you can get more woman like her having a better body( either way, even if woman say they dont care, they first see the merchendise before they buy it, and womans buy based on beauty) you will realise your more important then her and think what have you done all these months/years. you will realise you need to love yourself but you dont need to brake up with her to change your life, just do it for yourself. the trick is, dont wait for a big change in your life to realise how important you are. dont cheat if it dosnt make you feel great, and if it dosnt worth the loss. be the best of you.
