I was doing well until the 7th lap, the concept of "concentration" wasn't a thing in my head anymore it's long gone(funny thing was the time of doing 6 laps was around 45 minutes which is actually around a stint)I had to take a 50 minutes break in order to finish the rest of the 13 laps, not able to do a double stint yet. This was such a class act, very well done. Doing anything for charity is always worth it. I have had other channels do events to help out my son who is going through leukemia and it always makes you feel good to be around people like that.

Your action here reminds me of what I did in GT1 back in 2003 during high school holidays, which were 300km for Grand Valley and 500km for Clubman endurance, in car view(felt like bumper cam though), manual transmission, dual shock controller, left joystick to steer, right joystick for throttle and brake (in right-left config instead of up-down, & this was essential to apply mid-band feed in corners to preserve tire wear), R1 upshift and R2 downshift, and to made it realistic, doing Grand Valley by day and Clubman by night, and only pausing during pit-in for tire change. Aaah, those were the days...

I once did the 24 hours at Nurburgring on GT4. Had the power to the house cut out 18 hours in, and had to redo it...I'd made it too far to not give it a second go lol. Never played the game again after that haha.

Well, that’s impressive, but now you have to do the 69420 laps... ...I’ve done the maths, based of the pace of this race, should take you approximately 400 days non-stop driving. Have fun!

I once did one of these and accidentally restarted 17 hours in. This was on GT5 where 'restart' was next to 'resume' and it didn't ask for confirmation when you pressed it..

This is why I like the PSP version of Gran Turismo. You can turn it off, and as long as the battery is good and you don’t wait a solid week… you can start where you left off.

Taking some of the laps casually, one hand on the steering wheel, arm resting on the chair, others pedal to the metal, full speed balls to the wall like 25 hours in...all while meme-ing to the highest degree possible...what a legend

My driving record was 12 hours straight during an unusually very busy day as a grab driver (like uber). When I get off the car my legs were shaking and it was difficult to walk. Thankfully that kind of day is very rare. This is on another level. Hats off...

2:24 thank God dude. Last guy I heard sat down for 2 days died. They were able to bring him back to life because he had a bit of a clog from the heart originating from the knees which ended up building up blood from lack of leg movement. So it's pretty smart of you to walk a bit before sitting down.

Huge respect. As someone who genuinely enjoys endurance and rode as a courier biker in the saddle for 12 hours at a time, I know how exhausting that is. But you did something amazing for a great cause. Really well done 🏁🏁🏁
@rickynotestine99632 жыл бұрын
Congratulations that’s a decent amount of money you raised. I would do that without it being a fundraiser. I’m a sick person. I can get sub 7 minutes consistently and be comfortable. I got sub 5 minutes for fun but I couldn’t do that pace for 30 hours. I think going any faster the whole time would be more exhausting so I’d go like you did at a comfortable pace or run my normal speed. Great work.
