It does not matter which angle we look at this case Gloria was right to behave the way she does. The sister of Felix in her high horse was completely out of order. She did not accord Gloria a single respect at all. A well brought up educated lady would explain or at least explain that she is Felix junior sister and I am sure Gloria would have mellowed a bit.
