I didn't expect this in Milwaukee!

Born and raised here. It's a cheap city for a large city. It's got great restaurants, people, music and microbreweries and a bar on every corner. I've been living by the lake for about 3 years I used to live about 10 miles from the city in West Allis which is still in Milwaukee County. Once you get up to about Miller Park way that's when the air starts to feel really fresh. We also have the cleanest drinking tap water in the United States of America.

Theres actually alot of things in Milwaukee, I used to live there but now live close to the twin cities and I can still say Milwaukee is my favorite city in the Midwest. One of the best cities if you like good food and beer.

I was wondering when you were going to get to Summerfest. 🤘 I did all 11 days in a row which was great practice for a KZbin gathering. Rockbottom is always good, and we can hear each other! Behind your right shoulder is the spot where the first European trading post was founded. And straight to your right is the building I wanted to move into years ago... The Mitchell Park Conservatory domes are conoidal, not the usual geodesic. The Show dome changes several time per year, and the Tropical is a great place to hang out in for 30 minutes in the winter. :) I saw Best Western was just finishing up on that remodel last spring. I am glad that you got to chill there. That has always been a nice place to stay for the families of the veterans in the hospital across the street. Hidden behind there is a giant old Victorian building which was one of the two National Soldier's Homes for veterans of the American Civil War. Hence "National" Avenue. Summerfest is a great opportunity to absorb a large amount of musical stylings, and try a lot of foods outside of one's norms. That is why I can walk there. As you two were going into the main stage concert, I literally drove past on the highway above. Thanks for the video! I hope that you had a great time and enjoyed the reasonable weather. 🙂

If you are in Milwaukee then Green Bay is a must. Check out a small city with a population of 105k, and an NFL franchise. Green Bay has a hundred thou people and Lambeau field seats 80,000. MIND BLOWING

I live in De Pere which is apart of Green Bays metro area. The 105,000 doesnt include Ashwaubenon, Allouez, Howard, Suamico, Hobart, Bellevue, or De Pere. All these areas are continuous city. The entire metro pop including rural is about 600,000. It is still pretty cool. Great place to live as cost of living isn't bad and wages are going up everywhere. You will find a lot of mexican food and sushi in Green Bay. Also check out kwik trips we live off of them religiously. Lol. I'm not even into football and the stadium is pretty cool. Green Bay, The fox cities, down to Fond du Lac is a hidden gem. All cities in this group are lower in cost of living then Madison, Milwaukee, or Chicago and are within a decent driving distance to the big 3 in the area. Very little natural disasters except for tornados and flooding. Like I said hidden gem.

Those giant pretzels are really meant for about a half dozen people to share. Some of the places in Milwaukee (and throughout the state) pair it up with a meats (sausages, hot dogs, other meats cut into strips) and cheese platter. It’s so fresh and flavorful that you really don’t need a lot of sauce or other condiments to cover that up

Wisconsin Dells, Lake Delton, Wi. If she loves water parks that's a good choice. Otherwise another good water park is Atlantis Bahamas although I found it expensive. Depends on what her interests are. There is an entire world to explore out there and something for everyone to enjoy. Those are just ideas if you are based in the US in which I'm sure you aware of the large aquariums all over the country in Atlanta/Chicago etc. Or Disney/universal parks. Also in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico there is Xcaret parks and they look really cool. Traveling doesnt have to be expensive you can travel on a budget and there are frugal travelers all over the internet that can help especially on you tube. :)

If those girls that were touring you around were from here, they should’ve known better than to take you guys to Rock Bottom...that place is horrible, locals def don’t go there. They were closed for a bit for health concerns because of cockroaches. So many other great restaurants and breweries to go to here. And a lot more to see/do in the downtown/east side area than the domes. That’s your typical tourist spot that def doesn’t do Milwaukee justice.
