We noticed a St. Vincent de Paul in Huntsville, AL. It is about 80 miles from our home but we were going to be in that area today. We don't resell but I hit the jackpot on clothing. Never again will I groan when my husband watches your videos. I think he has watched every one. I am a big fan of yours now. Thank you.

I picked up Some my little ponies from the 80s and keypers toys. Randomly thought after work I’d take a look at my local flea market (I went close to close of the market also.) and was lucky enough to come across the bundle for $50aud… some of the ponies I picked up are worth $100+ each!!! I was beyond excited!!! I couldn’t believe they were there the whole day and no one else scooped them up!

Here in Nor Cal where I live almost all of the flea markets are professional resellers and they are there watching each other set up to see what they can find. So that makes it slim pickings for the average joe. There are some deals to be found. Garage, yard,and family run estate sales are where the really good finds are. Just my humble opinion. I enjoy your video’s . Good luck !

i usually do good if no other resellers are around. but when there is competition in one area I usually go to another section and find anything of value. Was hunting vintage clothing at one estate sale, got cut in line and 5 resellers hogged all the stacks. I went to another location and picked through a large pile of made in vintage USA pocket knives. Some worth $200 bucks each being sold for about $10 for each for large and $5 for small ones. Bundled a few together for $6 each not knowing much about them mainly case camillus uncle henry shrade brands even a horn forged bowie. Pleasantly surprised of the value. If i had hovered around until the other pickers were done with the stack there would be nothing left. They couldnt have gotten more than 50 to 150 in value when I walked out with a few grand.

Speaking of an Xbox One. Went to a Goodwill the other day and the guy brought a cart out with a Xbox One Elite in box. I grabbed that quick and he said its all in there except the controller. I didnt think much of it until I got home. Why wouldnt the controller be in there? Unless, they upgraded to the Elite and put the old Xbox One in. And thats exactly what happened. But hey, for 40 bucks I still got a working Xbox One with power supply for profit AND I believe the box and the inserts are worth at least 50 bucks as well.

Hi Ben, I've been watching you for a while and try not to miss your videos. CAN YOU show how you list clothing? I hesitate to pick up clothing because it seems to take so much time to measure, photo, list, etc.
@elifern26422 жыл бұрын
My husband I hesitated for the same reason. But you pretty much need to know the basic measurements. Bottoms: waist, inseam, rise, and length. Tops: Chest, length, sleeve length. Once you develop a process of what to take pictures of concerning the clothing item, it becomes easier and more efficient. I would look at other seller's listings. Study the photo profile. What do they focus on about that item? It can help till you develop your own process. I hope this helps somehow.

@@MattAtLids fair game but you really gotta be shameless to be able to do that on such a small tote. Guy was obviously being pushing too.

Yeah agreed it fair game if I’m not actively looking at that stack. But once I pulled away then it’s a go. It’s rude for sure on such a small tote but I’m not one to complain about it. However, I know others that would have said something to the guy. Which I wouldn’t blame them for either.

I know people pick up Goosebumps all the time so there's no surprise there.. however, the other day at a big sale I found a handful of books where the seller said "the rest were bought in a bulk buy" The person who bought them only picked up the main original books. Left 4 special edition books, 3 of them being over $50 each and one was over $150 as completed solds on ebay with multiple solds. That buyer was snoozing! Took them all for 50 cents each.
