This delicious apple pie is very cheap.
It has very simple ingredients and it is done quickly.
It is as simple as grating an apple and preparing a cream (custard) to put on top.
Here is the list of ingredients for the cake.
Ingredients for the base of the cake (sponge cake):
100 g sugar.
2 medium eggs.
1 natural yogurt or 100 ml of milk.
200 g of flour.
7g chemical elevator / baking powder.
1 apple
Ingredients for the pastry cream (custard).
1 medium egg.
50 g sugar.
15 g cornstarch (cornstarch).
250 ml of milk.
To finish the apple pie you can sprinkle powdered sugar.
