Kakamega and Kisumu are lucky to have Governors that care about their people and not eat the money being put to development of the towns

I am a frequent visitor to this town and other western-Kenya towns and usually, I stay in that hotel you did the introduction from. I love western Kenya towns because of the cool temperatures and the amazingly clean air because, in western, they have planted a lot of trees which makes the air very clean.

I heard a preacher talk about Kakamenga but I did not know where it was & now I see the place. I don’t see rubbish bins but it is clean despite the fact that there’re street vendors. Thanks.

Kakamega is as clean as moshi in Tanzania and I always wonder why most of these huge cities in Africa are very dirty than average cities.

Let's not always talk of tribes. Wu ought to talk about our Kenyan people in Kakamega county. It's very unfortunate that we talk of a nation in a region instead of talking about the nation of Kenya. Our foundation was based on tribes instead of nationalism. I admire our Tanzanian broghers. Hardly would you hear them of being from such and such a tribe.

My friend kakamega is never an outscart of Kisumu or anywhere,it's an independent city of it's own and is not 20 but 54 km from Kisumu and 380 km from Nairobi city and in 30 years it will surpass Kisumu

Compare this with my other home City of KITALE in Tranz Nzoia County where KHAEMBA has been the Governor for two terms.SHAMEFUL,SHAMEFUL,SHAMEFUL.Worlds APART.The worst performing governor in Kenya is Patrick Khaemba,I am shocked that he is looking for another elective post.This time around Kenyans should show him the door.
@itgamingke2 жыл бұрын
For kitale they spent a lot of money building a modern world class hospital but they ran of cash really quick restraining them to focus on other projects
