Lol, I just realized in all of his attempts he started out by making a base, and building this massive wall to keep him safe before doing anything else. Meanwhile, in my hardcore world I'm like 260 days in, defeated the dragon a while ago and never built any base at all, I just slept in the open with like 20 double chests and all of my stuff besides it, enchanting table, brewing stand, whatever, all in the open. Here's a tip for not dying: In my minecraft survival world I only ever die because I do something stupid and reckless, like that time I died going trident hunting; or because something truly unexpected happened, Like that time I was jumped by an army of mobs on the other side of a nether portal (I can only assume it was because my underground portal room was poorly lit, and the mobs that went in the portal didn't spawn because the nether wasn't loaded into the game).

Attempt #4 is really interesting! It had alot of potential, in my opinion. It being an island sounds simple, but I think this would've presented some interesting gameplay challenges, as well as how build creation would've been effected. Maybe other pieces of land would've needed to be connected with complex bridges, for example? Or maybe travel via boat would've been done? Sucks that we'll never know.
