All this place is under Owode LG. I think Papalanto-Sagamu expressway under construction by Dangote is just few minutes down the road. The place is closed to Ofada

Ogun state and Oyo state are the future of real estate in the south West .they have large expanse of land .Lagos is the king of real estate but it's becoming choked and expensive to acquire land
