Get a khula or a divorce. My sister got into a forced marriage where the guy was cheating and the mother in law was trying to get my sister pregnant so she couldn't get a divorce. They made her their maid and after their group Hajj, they told my parents they don't want her anymore and gave my sister back like she was an object. The next day we got a call for a divorce. It's been 4 years and my sister is thriving. She has her own job and earns 6 figures a month by herself.

I don't criticise your message or disagree with whatever you said in the video, it is absolutely correct and I pray the sister is soon relieved of this burden. But I think the title of the video is quite misleading. It doesn't necessarily have to be a love marriage for such problems to surface up. A LOT of arranged marriages lead to the same situation too.

Maybe reach out to a helpline, cause this man sounds like he would get violent if the sister said to him that she wished for divorce. Also, don't lose faith in Allah (S.W.T). As a man you must love your wife, satisfy her physically and emotionally, never touch her money, etc..., HOWEVER 1. If you aren't going out, your husband is likely providing you the ability to live a stay-at-home lifestyle 2. You're crying because you see other people in "ideal" relationships which don't exist 3.
