I think I know which school you're talking about. In the anime there is one school where they play dirty by performing illegal physical contact against other players to a point where their opponent gets injured. I even made a comment about that school being disqualified for all their fouls and be banned by the Japanese Board of Education from forming any sports team due to how the school Basket Ball team play dirty.

I'm not sure whoever wrote this has any idea about how rugby or sports in general are played or run. Now I admit that I'm no expert on the sport but the lack of both terminology as well as proper description of just what wrongdoings are going on made this somewhat painful to watch. Seriously the writer here couldn't spend like a day researching rugby to make this just a little better? I'm not even sure what constituents a foul in this sport, seriously I once saw a guy basically dropkick another player and no foul was called, and that was in a pro-game. What's more anyone who knows even a modicum about sports knows that a team with lots of fouls won't win games. This is because... FOULS COME WITH PENALTIES! A foul isn't just a slap on the wrist and while I'm not sure what those penalties are in rugby it would probably come in lost yards or penalty kicks. It would have been better if this guy had actually been cheating like by buying off the refs or using stuff that would help the ball sick to their hands, you know something that they could ACTUALLY penalize them for. I mean you could easily tell that even the story's writer and artist (and possibly even the voice actors) knew that they had nothing useful at the confrontation scene at around 15:00. What proof did they actually record? Was there anything actually said that was against the school or rugby league's rules? Like the scummy bastard himself stated he wasn't actually doing anything to cheat, just to play like @$$holes, which (sadly) isn't actually against the rules. Thus as I stated earlier they should have had him doing something that was actually cheating and, as I also said earlier, that could have been solved in like 30 minutes with a search on the rules of rugby. Now I'm not trying to defend the antagonist here, I just wanted him to be a better villain for the MCs and for the MCs themselves to be smarter so that this would have been a better story. So I'm essentially stating that I want and hope for the next story to be better. This story is just another example of, I really wanted to like it but something so stupid that I couldn't forgive the writer for it popped up and ruined it for me. Also, while the MC's beliefs were nice and all, and he had a real point about potentially overworking the players, his beliefs wouldn't really be doing any of the players actually wanting to try and go pro any favors. Pro teams are a business and one that pivots on winning games, so results really are all that matter to them. This is important to know when running a college team as opposed to say a high school team, that a lot of these young adults aren't just there for fun but to actually train for their futures. The real world doesn't hand out participation trophies.
