You never “move on” from the death of a loved one. You just get better at dealing with the pain. Also, by falling in love again, it doesn’t mean you don’t care about your former partner anymore, or that you are betraying someone who is not alive. Instead it means the part of your heart that was damaged has began working again… it has healed enough to do its job again. 😊

I Know a dude who was 63 when me met his wife who wasnt even 21 yet... dude had ZERO expectation of ever being married again after is ex's bs, being a single dad.. she didnt care.. she wanted that old man.. not for money she liked his looks then his personality did her in... took her some time, but... when they made him take her home on her 21st bday after she got shitfaced, she was not as drunk as she led on... and he was buzzed enough he just drove her a few blocks to his place... put her on the couch and went to take a shower... only to have her crawl in with him and make him scream like a little girl(his description..).. then. well.. he finely got that..she was into him, and wanted him to get into her.. LOL.. dude de-aged 20+ years in 6 months... this time he married a genuine wife not a woman who wanted to be a thot and just pretended at being a wife for years.. the 2nd wife... well.. they had.. a stack of damn kids between them... as to the scars.... yeah i got a few friends... more than one whos male, who have scars from their ex's... one of my buddies ex has a scar from me... well more trying to hurt me and face planting into th corner of a brick building... i may have accelerated her fall a bit.. no my fault she lunged at me intending to smash me into where her face ended up... LOL.. they gave her a bunch of stitches to minimize teh scarring and... you can still easily see that shit.. LOL..
