quick fix is now a gear its called the compression plate and works just like it did in MW2 there is a vest as well but the gear is just better

With season 4 they added a quick fix perk as well. You will have to unlock it through the armory challenges. I think it's called "compression plate" hope this helps and yes, I mean an actual perk (3rd perk slot) and not the Quick Fix Vest
