That's a brave, strong man to be that vulnerable and open. We may hear things from our partners but if we're feeling insecure may not receive it correctly. Hearing someone else say the exact same thing to you is sometimes the Aha moment we all need. Don't know why we're like that but we are.

I'll take it a step further, when in a committed, loving relationship, not only will she not disrespect you by being inappropriate but she won't disrespect herself either. When I go out with friends I'm representing both of us, it will never get back that, she did this or she did that because that's not how I carry myself.

NORE is the first participant of this show I’ve seen who walked through those not for a check but in actual hope that he would find the right tools to be the best man he can be in his relationship and I love it. He has had no problem Admitting he’s wrong, he’s had no problem learning new things about himself and now he’s no problem showing emotional vulnerability. It’s no surprise though, he’s essential a journalist on top of being a hip hop icon so he’s use to communicating effectively just not with his wife up until that point. I’m impressed and proud!

That was pretty cool. At 41, I've NEVER cheated in any relationship. Cheating is dangerous and it's more than just a broken heart. So if I'm ever accused of cheating I am highly offended and I will literally break it off. I can't be with a man who's jealous or insecure. Fix that shit before you approach me.

The Harder the Shell, the softer the yolk. Blessed I had a father who showed love, respect, vulnerability to my mother, while I could see and feel it. Many women, and men, do not have this experience. Society has always prepared men to be soldiers for war w hard hearts. But every DARTH VADER, was once a boy , who's heart was crushed. It is a backwards false illusion way of living. And that is why the world has been fuuucked for so long . WE ARE ONE ...THERE IS NO GETTING AROUND IT . I PRAY HARMONY AND DIVINE UNITY WITHIN SELF, AND FOR ALL. LOVE AND LIGHT

I know how that feels...in the household I was raised in, crying was a sign of weakness if you were a man. I heard all that bullshit like, 'don't cry, be a man,' 'man the fuck up,' 'you're so sensitive,' 'you're such a frail male, it makes me sick.' All those things my father and other relatives in the family said to me or the insults they'd hurl at me when I did express sadness or cry just made me go on autopilot mode and I never showed anyone my feelings or if something affected me so much to the point I'd burst into tears. To this day, I still keep up that tough guy act because of years of being raised by that type of authoritative figure...
