I was lucky enough to get some training one on one many years ago with Charlotte. After the meeting I went to Selfridges to buy some stuff from Charlottes counter and Sofia served me. My two cents on the powder issue; I think it’s because people are too used to makeup having certain “steps” that “need” to be done still and powder is one of them. That’s why they get weirded out when you don’t powder !
