I have sisterlocks and I really can’t tell the difference between them and microlocks. I love them all!! I got sisterlocks because they fit my lifestyle, hair texture and I just like them. I have some that I’ve married together so I no longer have the grid most are so concerned with. Btw…your hair is gorgeous ❤

Love the black locs Imani! ❤ I agree. I do not believe that Sisterlocks trump other locs. That is why a person should research all types of locs and then decide.

I'm currently trying to figure out which is best for me. I love the look of sister locs, but my beautician feels I should get micro locs. Then my sister in law said I should interlock. It is deterring me from wanting them

Microlocks can be interlocks as well. Sisterlocs are interlocks, it's a brand with particular parting styles based on head size and hair density. The choice should be made by your lifestyle, hair texture, the level of maintenance you want to commit to and your budget. Good luck on your search❤

Question: Is sisterlocks based only on the install or also on maintenance? If u get it installed then maintain it yourself are they still sisterlocks? I'm a lover of locs, have DIY microlocs which I loove, which still works

I have sister locs and I honestly don’t know the difference if it’s based on gifs and size I honestly think the sisterloctician made my locs the wrong size in the back and I look like I have micro locs not sisterlocs. I’ve cut my hair twice and wanted it to be long like yours. I honestly might just cut them off but it feels like a waste of money
