🌻 Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Fry the potatoes for 10-15 minutes. Stirring.

🥩 Ground beef - 300 g (10.6 oz.)
Fry for 5 minutes. Medium heat
Add the onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the Garlic.
Salt-1 tsp. / Pepper to taste.
Italian herbs - 1 tsp. / Paprika - 1 tsp.
🥚 Eggs - 4 pcs.
🧂 Salt - 1 tsp.
Beat the eggs with a whisk.
🧀 Cheese 100 g (3.5 oz)
Grease with vegetable oil.
Divide the potatoes and minced meat into molds.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 C. (356 °F)
Recipe 2:
Onion - 1 pc.
Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes, over medium heat.
Chop Garlic - 2 pcs, you can pass it through a press.
Add to the onion and fry for 1 minute.
Minced Meat - 500 g.
Fry the minced meat for 5-6 minutes until it changes color.
Meanwhile, chop Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Add sweet pepper and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Paprika - 2 tsp.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
Water - 120 ml.
Leave to simmer over medium heat until the liquid boils away.
Meanwhile, prepare the Dough:
Egg - 1 pc.
Water - 120 ml.
Milk - 120 ml.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Flour - 240 g.
Mix everything well.
Bake for 3 minutes on each side..
Béchamel sauce:
Butter - 30 g.
Flour - 2 tbsp. (without slide).
Mix well with a whisk.
Milk - 500 ml.
Cook until thickened, over low heat.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pepper to taste.
Cheese - 100 g.
Put a pancake in a small bowl.
Put the meat on the pancake.
Gather the edges of the pancake.
Put it in a cast iron frying pan (or any other).
Generously pour the béchamel sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.
Recipe 3:
Eggs - 3 pcs
Cottage cheese - 360 g
Cream - 150 ml
Cheese - 150 g
Salt - 1-2 tsp
Lavash - 2-3 pcs
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C
